The Jakarta Transportation Council (DTKJ) has completed the 2022 DTKJ Awards which took place at the Mercure Hotel, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, November 21-22, 2022. The biennial event which started in 2020 was held to create disability-friendly public transportation services

DTKJ Chairperson, Haris Muhammadun said that the first DTKJ Awards was motivated by the need to create public transportation services that are safe, healthy, and must be accessible to all, including those with disabilities.
The DTKJ Awards spirit at that time was how the Jakarta Provincial Government through DTKJ could give awards to public transportation operators who were able to provide the most disability-friendly services.
DTKJ Initiates Sister City Collaboration between Seribu Islands and Raja Ampat"We believe that if the government, public transportation operators, and all of us are capable of presenting detailed services such as disability, then the existing services will be noticed," he expressed, Thursday (11/24).
He expressed his gratitude to all participants who were actively involved, thus the DTKJ Awards could be conducted to create transportation services that are friendly for people with disabilities.
